  14. I have a communications program that attempts to communicate with the modem 
  15. at a port speed of 56000 - unsuccessfully !!!!

  17. I have been informed that this program was developed according to the 
  18. Windows API specifications - Is this correct ?

  20. If this is in fact a genuine speed, how can I communicate with my modem at 
  21. this speed.

  23. I am using several different modems, operating systems and comms drivers, 
  24. without success.
